It seems like the true focus of the Education Industry should be effective Teaching, and that often its not.

One would think you would want to build on success? And learn what works and does not work.

And its amazing how many education fads are not tested before they are rolled out on a large scale. An example is logically lower class sizes should help scores, but do they really?
